I started my internship today and it seems as if it is going to be soooo much fun! I am definitely excited. I started a carb free week today. Breakfast - eggs, lunch - salad, dinner- taco soup. Today was yummy but I sure wanted to go get some frozen yogurt! I started a book last night "Same Kind of Different As Me" so far so good and I read it while I worked out this morning. It made time go by so fast! I don't think I have started anything else recently, but now I have to go start reading for my hardest class this semester.

Good luck going carb-free. That is a major metabolism kick in the butt. It will do strange things to your body and cleanse things out so you may feel a little weird.
I was on a very low carb diet while trying to get rid of a systematic yeast infection. I would do low carb during the day and save my carb foods that I was allowed; fruit, whole wheat bread or oats, sweetened yogurt; for nighttime. That seemed to help avoid going to bed hungry and being unable to sleep. I remember a few sobbing episodes, too.
