Day 1

My alarm went off at 4:30 and I got out of bed by 4:45 to get ready for an hour long boot camp. It was tough, I can feel it all over my body. I wasn't the fastest runner of the group, but I made it. My head hurt so bad when I got home, I didn't know whether to use the hour before I had to go to work to nap or what not. I made it through the day without a nap and will just be going to bed on time. I ate particularly well today, except the extra serving or so of sunchips I stayed on track. Healthy pasta, sandwich, salad, cereal, apple, banana, grapes, and cantaloupe! I got ALL my fruits and veggies in! Day 1 is always the hardest in starting a new lifestyle and I made it through day 1. I may have wanted some cheesecake soft serve, BUT I resisted!! 

On to Day 2!!

You are awesome. There is no way I will ever wake up at 4:30 to work out. Ha !! Good job though. I struggled today because I was so hungry all day but I did eat good.

Girl I SO wish I could do that bootcamp with you. I know its tough, but it feels awesome to finish workouts like that!!! Look at you go! --Tanna

I ate a lot of cantaloupe on my first day too!! LOL! i can't believe how early you get up to work out! That is amazing!
